This year we’re proud to announce TXRX’s participation in Big Give Houston for a 24-hour online community powered crowdfunding campaign.
For one day a year, Big Give Houston joins forces with local non-profits in encouraging everyone to raise funds as a community. November 27th from is this year’s chosen date where you will have the chance to flex your philanthropical force in support of local non-profits.
Our mission remains steadfast on bringing innovation, education, and collaboration to the Houston community and surrounding areas through making. In our continued dedication to this service, TXRX is offering several tiers of donor participation. Your generosity will go towards assisting in:
Treating a staff member to a meal at Champ Burger; a local culinary legend ($15)
Providing a scholarship for one person to attend a 3D printing class ($60)
Giving a start-up a free table space at TXRX for a month ($120)
Covering tuition in TXRX’s high school after school program for a semester ($600)
These tiers represent some of the services we’ve earmarked, but all donation amounts are welcomed.
This campaign is designed to unite Houston in one ‘big’ day of giving, and your efforts go a long way in helping our community have access to knowledge and resources.
To do your part, simply visit www.biggivehouston.org at anytime between 12am and 11:59pm on November 27th. In addition to giving, we invite you to share this event with your friends and families to give them the opportunity to donate to our campaign, or any other great non-profits in Houston.
